Category: Outdoor Scenes

Photo and caption by Gabriel Pires Miranda

Raasay Island is a small place located close to the Isle of Skye in Scotland. It used to belong to the clan MacLeod, known to have performed pirating activities, from the 15th to the 19th century, and after that to many other different private owners. Nowadays it is dominated by sheep and has only something around 190 inhabitants. The perfect place if you want to be in contact with nature and your own thoughts.

Location: Raasay
