Tranquility at the Taj

The intense, bustling energy of India seems to evoke strong emotion in many western travelers. I found a brief moment of stillness in the most unlikely of places: the Taj Mahal. Approximately 2 to 3 million people visit the Taj Mahal every year and I was fortunate enough to this capture this image shortly after dawn, before the throng of tourists descended on the grounds.
