We are so familiar with the iconic photographs of Uluru. But stepping closer to "The Rock" you are swept away with a feeling of standing close to something absolutely breathtakingly beautiful and ancient and sacred all at the same time. The graceful curves of the red stone, the exposed traces of past rainfalls and the life that struggles to take root all culminate to create a natural relic.
