I SHOT THIS PHOTO DOWN THE MINE PIT, LOCATED AT 14000 FEET IN THE TIEN SHAN MOUNTAIN RANGE. THE SHEER SIZE OF THE ICE BLOCKS FALLING FROM THE MACHINE'S BUCKET AND THE CRACKS IN THE ICE CAUGHT MY ATTENTION. TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF EXACTLY HOW BIG THE ICE BLOCKS ARE: THE MACHINE WEIGHS 350 TONS, DUMP HEIGHT 11 METERS BUCKET CAPACITY 18 CUBIC METERS.

Location: TIEN SHAN MOUNTAIN RANGE, KYRGYZTAN
