On the way to reach Te Manga, the highest peak in Cook Islands. Although the mountain is not very high (652m), the climb proved to be challenging, very steep with some parts only accessible by rope climbing. Only few island tourist go there, which made the trek so much more enjoyable. The only living sould my wife and I met on the way, were 3 local dogs, including one 3-legged labrador mix.

Location: Te Manga, Cook Islands
