Nature of Water is to flow down from top. Imagine the stream at waterfall in mountain. Along the wall of the mountain, there are stages of rocks that prevent the stream from reaching to the bottom right away. The flow becomes splashes as it hits the rocks. Similarly, in the route to the success, we just want to climb to the top at once. However, we tend to forget failure is inevitable. People look at the failure as ugly past but in reality, failure is beautiful. So much like the stream rushing to the bottom of the mountain, hits the rocks, and causes gorgeous water-splash.
