Meandering

Category: Sense of Place

When I paid a visit to Casa Batlló, I took the tourist guide with me, passing through the blue courtyard and then walking upstairs. The place stunned me so much that I was totally sucked into the world of Gaudi. The irregular contours and the supernatural colors made me feel like a dream. As people walking upstairs like a bunch of ants, what I could do was waiting for the right moment, which lasted for almost half an hour. Finally, a gentleman dressed like a character from the fairy tale intruded in the frame. I grasped this moment and froze my dream.

Location: Casa Batlló at Barcelona, Catalunya
