The oldest managed wildlife refuge, Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge, has been the protected haven for bison, elk, and other animals for over a hundred years ago. The boulders and dwindling peaks of the Wichita Mountain have been around even longer, over 550 millions years. If you listen, they will tell you amazing stories.
Location: near Lawton/Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. Comanche Country in SW Oklahoma.
