Llama Crossing

Category: Sense of Place

Photo and caption by Grace Cho

I was exploring the narrow streets of Cuzco on the way up to the Cristo Blanco, when I turned back to see a Quecha woman in traditional wear crossing the street with her llama. I couldn't help but wonder if she was on her to the plaza to pose for pictures with tourists or if she was just going on with her day.

Location: Cuzco, Peru
