As I was playing scrabble with a friend on the beach in Chennai, India, I watched this woman in a yellow sari gracefully walking in the ocean's breeze while carrying a tin bucket of coconuts on her head. I was amazed at what seemed like an effortless walk on the beach. I believe this picture captures the peace, spirituality and serenity of India.
