The terracotta army was stumbled upon by peasants digging a well in l974. The 2,000 year old army of the terracotta warriors is a fasinating record of artistic achievement and a grandiose expression of imperior power. Each terracotta warrior represent an individual man and no two warriors are alike. The facial features are exquisite and very lifelike.
