As I turned the corner on my way to Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France, I noticed a flock of birds swooning down to a small park, nestled in the heart of this busy city. There, standing with his hands out offering seeds to the local birds was this kind hearted man, weathering the cold December evening, to make sure the birds had something to eat.
