Photo and caption by Antonia Vega Aiken

Looking down the narrow Sint Antoniesbreestraat we see buildings painted in bright, modern colors, contrasted by De Waag looming in the background. De Waag was originally built in 1488 as a city gate and while the walls that once surrounded Amsterdam are now gone, the gate house remains.

Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
