Loxodonta africana (African Elephant) This image was taken right before sunset. I came across a very large family of elephants whose shining stars happen to be these two baby elephants. I watched for quite a while as the baby elephants played with each other in a very rambunctious manner. As the sun started to set the matriarch of the family decided it was time to move on. This moment captures Mom leading the way as her children obediently follow her. Canon 1DS Mark III, 600mm lens, Rapid fire 6 frames/sec, AI servo mode.
Location: Botswana, Africa
