This wonderful photo opportunity presented itself to me in Montauk over the Fourth of July weekend. I love the composition of it, but I also love what it captures and how compelling it is. A classic family moment--a fleeting moment. The strength of togetherness … and the feeling of hope for a young family in the face of a big world and the years that lie ahead.
