Nova Scotia Morning

In June 2011, I spent several days touring Nova Scotia during my first-ever trip to Canada. My first morning in Peggy's Cove, I woke to see a thick fog had created the ideal image of the rocky Nova Scotia coastline. As I began walking around the lighthouse, a local woman appeared with her bagpipes and started playing, with a sign encouraging passersby for tips for college tuition. I enjoyed listening to the Scottish tunes as I climbed around on the rocks. And as I was leaving, I took a few shots of the musician, and found I enjoyed this one much more than just the lighthouse on its own.
