I really can catch the moon
Category: Sense of Place
Photo and caption by Rachel Cornelius
The magic of the moon is hopefully never lost on adults, but as a child my eight year old daughter wishes she could simply put out her hand and catch it. As a parent, I wish it was that easy, especially on a beautiful July evening where the light of the moon is almost surreal but at least I could take a picture to maybe keep alive a lifelong love of the wonder of things magic.
