Windjana Gorge
Category: Outdoor Scenes
Photo and caption by Ryan Musiello
Windjana Gorge in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, accessible only in the dry season, was formed 300 million years ago. It is one of the best places in Australia to see freshwater crocodiles and this pool is teeming with them. I have never seen such great light and was literally sprinting with my camera and tripod to get set up for this shot.
Location: Windjana Gorge, The Kimberley, Western Australia
