This is my first time watching wish lantern launch. Kids are very excited and yelling "Go to the moon! Go to the moon!" Technically launching a lantern is not difficult, however you always need to let it go before you feel confident that it can fly. So, when the lantern leaves the hands and flies, people are often very happy and super excited. To me, at this moment I feel the wish is really answered.
