  Photograph is taken at the Gangasagar Mela Jan 2011. Every year, a long fair is arranged at Ganga Sagar Island,near Kolkata, WEST BENGAL; in January and February. The fair becomes highly crowded on the Makar Sankranti day. It is assumed to be the largest annual gathering of devotees in India. One Such devotee is seen here taking a dip in the holy waters of the Bay of Bengal, early morning. A sense of ecstasy, culture and faith is embodied in this capture.

  I ran into Dracula on the way to the Writer's Museum in Dublin. He was marching alongside Ireland's police force, the Garda, the Taxi Drivers' association, and special needs children. Waiting for the parade to start, I caught this offbeat moment between Dracula and a police officer while the masters of ceremony seemed oblivious and a bus of bewildered passengers sped by.
