- I took this photograph at Namafjall in Iceland just as the sun was rising behind layers of thick cloud, fog and sulphur. Dawn light is illuminating some of the sulphurous fumurols and casting an eerie glow across the alien landscape.

- Giant underground culvert flowing beneath Sheffield city center in England helps divert The River sheaf when in high water, avoids flooding the city above. Built in the 1860's this culvert is one of the largest in the UK and by far the most impressive with this huge parabolic brick arch.

- XiaPu is a small fishing town with most of the people depending on the sea to provide them their income. The picture was taken in May 2011 with two fishermen came back from sea early in the morning. Those sticks at the far back are bamboo sticks which are use to hang dry seaweed.
